I got the recipe from another cook but I have more sugar ... and I used margarine instead of butter.

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 100 gr chocolate
  • 100 gr margarine (or butter)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup and a half of flour
  • 1 baking powder

Servings: 15

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Melt the chocolate together with the margarine over a low heat. When they melted I turned off the heat and let it cool. Pour this composition into a bowl and mix with the sugar. Then add eggs, one at a time. It mixes very well after each one. Add the crushed banana. Then pour the milk, mix and incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder. We have to get a cake-like composition.

Put the dough in molds, fill 3/4 and put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and leave to cool. They can be decorated as you like.
