Prepare the mayonnaise from a little warm milk mixed with a teaspoon of sugar, 1 lg of flour and yeast. Leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.

After the mayonnaise has risen, pour it over the flour in the middle and mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Add as much warm milk as necessary to knead a soft dough that no longer sticks to your fingers. Leave to rise for half an hour until it doubles in volume.

Divide the dough in half. Take one side and spread it with the twister in a round shape. Cut into 8 triangles. The diced shit is placed on each triangle, alternating colors. It rolls tightly from the base to the top and we bend it a little, giving it the shape of a crescent. Do the same for all triangles. Place in a tray lined with baking paper and grease with beaten egg. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and let it rise for another 10-15 minutes.

Place in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, until nicely browned on top.

Serve both hot and cold with a glass of milk or yogurt.

I put the warm milk in the car tank then I added the sugar, salt, oil, eggs, flour and on top I put the yeast. I set the kneading and fermenting program 9 which lasts 1h30 min.

After the dough leavened, I took it out on a plate, I divided it into 4 equal pieces, I pressed the plate with flour and I stretched each one in circles with a diameter of about 25 cm.
I cut each circle into 8 equal triangles.
I placed the pieces of Turkish shit on the wide side and rolled to form the horns.

I placed them in a tray lined with baking paper and left them to rise for 15 minutes in a warm place.
After the croissants have risen, I greased them with beaten egg yolk and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
It is consumed with great appetite next to a glass of milk !!
